Can I send a gift card with a personalized message in my gift basket?
Yes, remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
When I place an order, how will my basket be shipped?
Our main shipping source is FedEx Ground. We also ship FedEx Standard Overnight, 2nd day service and 3 day express. Orders will be shipped out in 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days after gift is shipped to arrive at shipping address. Business days are Mon. to Fri. 9:00am to 5:00pm. Weekends and Holidays are not included in determining shipping time.

How will my basket be Shipped?
If you order a Book Basket, the basket will be shipped via UPS or the Postal Service.
The Gift Baskets can be shipped UPS Overnight, UPS 3 Day Service, UPS 2 Day Service, and UPS Ground which usually takes 3-7 business days. Express Mail for Sat. delivery. Priority Mail from the Post Office usually takes 2-3 days not including Sunday, may take longer during the holidays.
What can I do if one of the books I selected was already read?
The recipient can contact us and request a book exchange. We send them a replacement book and a return envelope with postage so they can ship the book back they did not want.
What type of payments do you accept?
All our sales are made through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. You can pay securely using you credit card. When you are taken to the check out screen on PayPal click on the SECURE CHECKOUT button and follow the payment directions. All infomation that you put in the PayPal screen is secure.
